How far ahead should we book?

For weddings, nine to twelve months ahead is ideal; for smaller celebrations, two to three months. Day-of coordination can often be booked six to eight weeks before the event.

Do you travel outside Southwest Florida?

Yes. Our primary area is North Port, Port Charlotte, Sarasota and nearby communities; events further away may include travel charges, which we always quote in advance.

Can we rent decor without booking planning?

Absolutely. Browse the decor rentals, add items to a rental request and we will confirm availability and send a quote. Delivery, setup and collection can be included.

Is the online estimate our final price?

No. Estimates on the site help you plan; your final quote confirms availability, delivery, setup and any custom work.
